In fact things have got so bad that he is having to sell everything off in order to pay the rent and he knows an empty stage is never any good for attracting shows.

He calls Paul and Barry for help and asks if the have any ideas... Of course they have! They're The Chuckle Brothers! Although things might not exactly go to plan...
