The Maritime & Pavilion Gala evening commences with bubbly on arrival, a six-course Gala dinner and a half bottle of wine each!

A great live performance from the fantastic After Dark in the maritime room or the incredible Joe Gibson live in the Pavilion Room.

Evening start at 7:30pm. Carriages at 2:00am.

Hors' d'ouvre: Mini antipasti with prosciutto, coppa, marinated artichoke hearts, olives, mushroom pate, herb crostini.

Starter: Watercress & Celeriac Soup served with garlic croutons (V) (GF)

Fish Course: Smoked Trout with smoked salmon mousse, keta caviar, winter slaw

Amuse: Raspberry Vodka ice Sorbet

Mains: Roasted Venison Saddle served with glazed carrot and bean bundle, pont-neuf potato, roast quince, rosemary jus (GF)

Plaice, Smoke Salmon and Kohlrabi Involtini with tamarind sauce, glazed carrot and bean bundle and pont-neuf potato (GF)

Roasted Jerusalem Atrichoke and Heritage Tomatoes with saute barley with shallots, peppers and garlic, basil oil (V)

Dessert: Trio of Chocolate Pyramid with cherry compote.
