Doves will return to the road for a full UK Tour following the release of their upcoming, sixth studio album, Constellations For The Lonely in February 2025. The Manchester band will return to their home city to perform for the first time in 15 years, announcing a night at the modernist Aviva Studios in addition to their return to London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire.
Doves
Former members of dance hit makers Sub Sub (best known for their no.3 hit 'Ain't No Love (Ain't No Use), who as Doves became purveyors of indie-rock anthems like 'Pounding' and top ten singles 'There Goes The Fear' and 'Black And White Town'. Their mellow guitar-driven indie sounds with irresistable chord arrangements sometimes give way to playful dance undercurrents. After a lengthy hiatus, the band announced in December 2018 they were back. 2020 saw them release music for the first time in over a decade. 2025 sees the release of their sixth album, however their touring band will be without frontman Jimi Goodman.
