This event takes place at FlyDSA Arena, which has achieved Bronze Status for disabled access from Attitude Is Everything.
From their humble beginnings as a myspace buzz band, Sheffield's finest indie upstarts, fronted by the cocky but ever clever Alex Turner, still hold the mantle for achieving the fastest selling debut album for a band in British history, even beating the likes of Oasis and the Beatles. Now four albums in, with 2011's 'Suck It And See', the success story shows no signs of stopping.
Still looking good on the dancefloor, Alex's vocals and lyrics may have matured over the years, but they still continue to deliver their addictive brash guitar tunes with gritty yet witty lyrics.

Young upstarts The Strypes are a four piece rhythm and blues band hailing from Cavan, Ireland, formed in 2011 by Ross Farrelly (lead vocals/harmonica), Josh McClorey (lead guitar/vocals), Pete O'Hanlon (bass guitar/harmonica) and Evan Walsh (drums).
The group viciously hammer out no-nonsense blues influenced by the likes of Dr. Feelgood, Chuck Berry, The Yardbirds, The Rolling Stones, Little Walter and Bo Diddley. They have picked up some famous fans, with the likes of Jeff Beck, Paul Weller, Noel Gallagher, Dave Grohl, Roger Daltrey and Miles Kane all expressing their love of the band.
