Shed Seven
Nineties Brit-Pop group Shed Seven who, fronted by the unmistakable vocals of Rick Witter, brought us hits such as Going For Gold, Chasing Rainbows and Getting Better. Shed Seven formed in York in 1990, out of the ashes of Brockley Haven, they were one of the groups which contributed to the Britpop music scene of the 1990s, but they never received the degree of mainstream success achieved by the likes of Oasis and Blur. The band officially split up in 2003 but reformed in 2007 for a greatest hits tour, and have since continued to play shows around Britain periodically.

Jake Bugg
Jake Bugg's incredible ascent began in 2012 when his self-titled debut album entered the UK charts at number one (aged 18, making him the youngest British male artist ever to achieve this), going on to sell double platinum and get shortlisted for the UK Mercury Music Prize. And with three further UK Top 10 albums, it seems his fans have still got the bug for his music.

Cast
Originally formed in 1992 from the ashes of two of the most legendary and lauded Liverpool guitar bands of the time, The La's and Shack, Cast have released six albums including the top 10 platinum releases 'All Change' and 'Morher Nature Calls', and have enjoyed a string of top 20 singles, from the debut 'Finetime' to 'Beat Mama'. After the band's split, Power released a series of solo albums, but reformed Cast in 2010 under the line-up of Power joined by Liam 'Skin' Tyson - lead guitar, Keith O'Neill - drums and Jay Lewis - bass. The reinvigorated Cast continue to produce new material full of the anthemic, melodic and beautifully written songs for which they have always been known for, along with a formidable live reputation. Noel Gallagher described watching the band as "a religious experience."
