Pop chart toppers and Brit Award winners Busted are ready to rock the coast this summer when they play Scarborough Open Air Theatre on Friday September 2nd.

Busted enjoyed unrivalled success a decade ago. The Essex boys’ whirlwind career spawned eight top three singles including the massive Year 3000, Crashed the Wedding and Thunderbirds, four number ones, two platinum-selling albums and two Brit Awards.

Busted’s Scarborough gig is being organised by promoters Cuffe and Taylor.
Director Peter Taylor said: 'This is a major news for Busted fans everywhere – the boys are back and they are playing the Yorkshire coast this summer.

They are one of the most successful pop groups Britain has produced in the last 20 years. There was an amazing reaction to the news they were reforming and we expect this to be a cracking night in Scarborough.

Having promoted McBusted gigs in the last few years we know what high energy shows they were so we cannot wait to see the original Busted line-up on stage and doing what they do best – rocking the crowd!'
