LCD Live At Madison Square Garden Screening

On April 2nd 2011, one of the decades most influential and iconic bands – LCD Soundsystem played their final show at Madison Square Garden. LCD frontman James Murphy had made the conscious decision to disband one of the most celebrated and influential bands of its generation at the peak of its popularity, ensuring that the band would go out on top with the biggest and most ambitious concert of their career.

The complete stage setup at SUB89 including a big screen, full PA and lights attempt to recreate the party atmosphere of an LCD Soundsystem show.

Ticket holders will be able to stay for the LCD ‘2001 – 2011’ Afterparty hosted by Cubed DJs and dance into the small hours.

The afterparty music policy reflects the lifespan of LCD Soundsystem and you can expect to hear Soulwax, Daft Punk, The Rapture, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Interpol, Tom Vek, Hot Chip, Erol Alkan, Arcade Fire, Justice, Caribou, The White Stripes, The Strokes, MGMT, TV on the Radio and many more.
