Doubledotbash 2017!

One day of eclectic music curated by the doubledotdash!? collective, the darklands clubnight and south street arts centre.

Combining some of the most exciting acts in the UK underground music scene, with some of berkshire's finest acts.

There will be 2 intimate indoor stages running simultaneously all day at the newly refurbished venue.

There will also be good times, new friends, booze and hopefully some sunshine.

Pete Astor

Pete Astor is a British singer-songwriter best known for his work with The Loft, The Weather Prophets and Ellis Island Sound. He has forged ahead with a successful solo career and still performs with The Loft and Ellis Island Sound.

Yama Warashi

Yama Warashi is Bristol-based Japanese artist Yoshino Shigihara’s solo project. She was a keyboardist of Zun Zun Egui ( Bella Union) and also plays synth for Rozi Plain (Lost Map records). Her music has a dreamy evocative sound with a shadow of moon cake, inspired by Japanese folk dance music, free jazz and African music with a slice of electric psychedelia. Accompanied by saxophone, guitar and bass, Yoshino plays keyboard, percussions and sings songs in her mother tongue about mycelium and nuclear power .
