Art Bite - Expanded Field Of Painting
Malcolm Le Grice moved from painting into film and installation as a way of extending the experience and two dimensionality of the canvas.
Join Dr Sarah Chapman, Director of Peninsula Arts, for an introduction into what is known as the expanded field of painting, alongside a look at the interplay between Le Grice’s ‘graphic works’ and moving image installations.
