Daughter of an exiled duke, quick-witted and popular Rosalind is banished from court by her jealous uncle. Accompanied by her devoted cousin Celia, Rosalind disguises herself as a boy and heads into the Forest of Arden. There she finds Orlando and, in the bewitching other world of the Forest, counsels him in the art of love.
As You Like It is one of Shakespeare’s most enchanting comedies and Rosalind is the most witty and wise-cracking heroine of them all.
