George Bradford Caird Centenary Concert

Join to celebrate the centenary of the distinguished Biblical scholar and former Principal of Mansfield College G.B. Caird, featuring members of his family and friends.

Professor George Bradford Caird, a key figure in the history of Mansfield College, was a Theologian, Humanitarian and Biblical Scholar. He served first as Senior Tutor at Mansfield and then as Principal from 1970-77.

This special concert to celebrate his centenary will feature both classical and contemporary music performed by distinguished musicians from G.B Caird's own family and friends as well as the Mansfield College Choir and the Proteus Ensemble and Chorus.

The event is free with a collection in support of the Mansfield College Organ Appeal and The GB Caird Memorial Trust and all are welcome to attend.
