Spike Island Show
In May 1990, The Stone Roses performed the now famous Spike Island concert which took place in Widnes, Cheshire.
The gig, which was attended by some 27,000 people, has become legendary over the years as a 'Woodstock for the Baggy generation' and the show cemented the Roses’ as one of the UK’s most cult bands of all time.
'The Clones' are considered to be the No.1 tribute band to The Stone Roses and are now offering Roses’ fans the opportunity to re-live those heady Madchester days by performing the Spike Island show with the full set in it’s entirety (plus some other classic songs) and recreating the look and vibe of this iconic show.
