Sheffield's The Sherlocks are not any old four-piece Indie-Rock band. It's a family affair, with the band containing two sets of brothers! Brothers Kiaran (vocals/guitar) and Brandon Cook (drums) are joined by brothers Josh (guitar) and Andy Davidson (bass). Since forming in 2010 they have notched up over 500 gigs.
They take their inspiration from fellow Sheffield stars the Arctic Monkeys, along with hints of The Jam, Courteeners and The Beatles.
Formed in 2013 on the sunny streets of South East of England, Indoor Pets (formerly Get Inuit) play dirty and cheerful indie guitar pop. Frontman Jamie expertly navigates his way around raucous guitar movements and pummelling drum work, delivering some of the finest guitar pop.
"They show off their anthemic capabilities and fondness for intriguing song titles, shrouding meaty riffs and huge hooks” - NME
Four-piece Marsicans from Leeds play upbeat indie meets dirty pop. Their driving, harmony-laden sound and exciting live shows are earning them a reputation as an emerging force in British music. The guys take their influences from the Beach Boys, Bombay Bicycle Club to Paul Simon.
"The Leeds quartet have refined a sound that infuses Britpop with a little Vampire Weekend-style globalism." - Entertainment Weekly (USA)
