Walk A Mile
This is an experimental scratch performance using low-tech sound and light media exploring themes of dress and age using sound and shadows.
It is a response to ten weeks of workshops with an intergenerational participatory theatre group looking at how the way we dress reflects how we present ourselves and how we are perceived. Recorded stories and sound effects inspired by ‘fashion’ in the broadest sense provide the soundtrack to striking shadow images and silhouettes.
