“The greatest story never told..?” The Festival is delighted to present the hotly anticipated first visit to the UK by New York’s Nature Theater of Oklahoma.

Life and Times is their epic portrait of an unremarkable life, generated from one single, simple question to a friend: “can you tell me your life story?”.

Episode 2 picks up the tale from age 8 to 14. The company takes the concept of chorus and chorus line illustrating adolescent concerns of fitting in and standing out as home made 80s styled electro disco rhythms accompany heroic gymnastics and vocal extravagance. The story takes in elements we all recognise - that first crush, the boy you met on holiday, the friend with whom you secretly started smoking…
