Upfront Comedy are back with a comedy special for Mother’s Day, with big laughs for mothers, fathers, daughters, sons & everyone else; featuring outrageous 3 Non-Blondes star Ninia Benjamin (Our Shirley Valentine Summer), alongside comedy’s don Curtis Walker, brown Brummie Jay Droch and increasingly hot newcomer Luke Craig; hosted by comedian turned Teletubby John Simmit, fresh from his recent star turn at on the Royal stage in the popular reggae musical Rush.

While Ninia’s popularity on television continues to soar, her stand-up remains at the highest level. 'The Don' - one of black comedy's biggest hitters. Curtis was awarded Best Male Stand-up in the Black International Comedy Awards and received the Top Carlton TV Multicultural Entertainment and Comedy Award 2001. On television, he has cohosted Paramount City, appeared on Jonathan Ross, Now What, The Lenny Henry Show and The Stand-up Show. He is also the main writer on the last two series of Channel 4's The Richard Blackwood Show.
