QIPCO Guineas Festival

The QIPCO Guineas Festival is a unique and historic event, offering world class sporting entertainment. Featuring the opening two Classic races of the year, the 2000 and 1000 Guineas, this is one of the most important fixtures in international Flat racing. Racegoers will be treated to an electric atmosphere as Europe’s finest horses descend on the Rowley Mile with the hope of claiming victory at the Home of Horseracing.

Alongside this fabulous racing, there is loads of free entertainment to ensure that you have an action-packed day.

The fabulous Winning Post Pavilion, available only at the QIPCO Guineas Festival, offers guests exceptional atmosphere with impeccable service, sumptuous cuisine and unrivalled views of the final furlong, The Winning Post is a full sensory experience at one of our finest festivals and where better to enjoy it than right in the heart of the action?

Located in the ultra-exclusive area on the far side of the track, guests will be the envy of all racegoers as you feel the thunder of hooves and watch the champions storm past the winning post only metres away from where you will be sat, whilst you enjoy an amazing hospitality experience.

On Saturday, 6th May we welcome the Cambridgeshire based expert baker, Ian Cumming, who reached the final of the 2015 series of Great British Bake Off and will be providing guests with a delicious afternoon tea. The menu for this scrumptious afternoon tea will be exclusive to the Winning Post Pavilion and will include a selection of some very special cakes and sandwiches such as Ian’s award winning carrot cake, which was featured in the Great British Bake Off final.

On Sunday, 7th May the Winning Post Pavilion will be offering a mouth-watering carvery menu, the perfect Sunday lunch with a view! This facility is suitable for friends, families and groups and offers an informal yet high quality experience for those looking for a unique and special setting to enjoy this fantastic raceday.
