Taking place on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th September and curated by one of the Newcastle's most notable and celebrated bands in recent times - folk sensations, The Unthanks - Home Gathering will welcome Sheffield's multiple Mercury Prize nominee Richard Hawley to its bill along with The Unthanks, Hyde & Beast, Folk Awards best band The Young'uns and anarchic post-rock jazz from Get The Blessing plus many more acts.
This year Home Gathering will take place at two of Newcastle's most esteemed venues, the Boiler Shop Steamer behind Central Station as well the Mining Institute in the city centre. After a sell out 2015 and an even bigger line up of artists tickets are expected to sell fast.
