The Hula Bluebirds consists of fretboard wizard Martin Wheatley on steel guitar, yodelling supremo Jake Rodrigues on guitar and lead vocals and magician David Crofts on ukulele. For the past decade, they been creating the sounds of hot, jazzy Hawaiian music from the 30s and 40s, whilst injecting it with their own charm and personality. The Bluebirds bring us that fascinating mixture of jazz rhythms and Hawaiian melody that so captivated audiences of yesteryear.
