Rapunzel
Dance Theatre company balletLORENT present their new creation based on a contemporary version of the Brothers Grimm fairy tale Rapunzel
Inspired by the dark themes central to this fairy story: a woman's longing for a child, promises and deceit, sexual jealousy, loyalty, loneliness, vengeance and redemption.
Collaborators include: Poet Laureate Carol Ann Duffy, composer Murray Gold (Doctor Who), costume designer Michele Clapton (HBO's Game of Thrones) and narrator Lesley Sharp (British actress)
NB a matinee performance will also take place on the 22nd and 23rd February at 1.30 pm
