Return To The Forbidden Planet is loosely based on Shakespeare's The Tempest and a film entitled The Forbidden Planet. It takes place on a spaceship which is on a routine mission in space under the command of a new captain when it is attacked by a monster and the plot unfolds from there...

The score features some classic pop and rock 'n' roll songs including Good Vibrations, Teenager In Love, Monster Mash and Great Balls OF Fire.
