1968. Glasgow’s Dancehalls jiving and swinging to the sounds of the 60s. Gangs on street corners. The Clyde launching her last ships. Fashions taking on a new flare… but Glasgow loves to dance. Its dancefloors beating to a fab four and more…Remember The Palais, The Plaza, The Locarno?
But the Barrowlands was rife. Rife with rhythm. Rife with rumour.
Lurking in its smoky shadows was a serial killer. Murder on…and off the dancefloor.
And the dance went on…and “Bible John”
A jive, a Jim, a John…
An intriguing new musical drama, with a soundtrack of 60s hits & original songs, when taking to a dancefloor meant “courting” with danger…
