David Milton

David Milton is a familiar face in Watchet and never more so than when he adopts the name of ‘Mr Mommet’ to perform his well-loved Punch and Judy shows.

He has been performing for nearly 30 years in and around West Somerset at fetes, weddings, children’s parties, summer balls and on the beach at Minehead and Watchet, as well as in village halls from Staplegrove to Bridgwater, down to Brendon and South Molton. He has also entertained at music festivals in Watchet, Glastonbury and Shepton Mallet.

He gives talks on the history of Punch and Judy, and has even helped perform a live play on Punch and Judy.
