Witness the confusion with the American guests as they try to order a Waldorf Salad; watch Basil suffer Communication Problems in anything but silence when Mrs Richards refuses to turn on her hearing aid; and observe the mayhem caused when there are rumours That The Hotel Inspectors Are In Town!
