Formed in March 2011, The Canyon are a 4 piece band - all local with the ethos of playing music from an era and a place (Laurel Canyon, California), which brought us bands such as The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Mamas & The Papas, Crosby Stills Nash & Young and many more.
"We want our audience to enjoy the music as much as we enjoy performing it" says John Swift, founder member of The Canyon. The band members as individuals, and collectively have a passion for the music from this genre.
