iPad the Basics

Got a new iPad and not sure where to start? This course is designed to cover the basics of using iPads to help people get up and running quickly. Come along to this day especially for beginners and find out how to set up your iPad, use the touch screen, security, understand the Apple ID, use email, find and download apps, take photos, watch movies and much more!

The course will include the following:
Setting up e-mail and connecting to wi-fi | Using Safari and setting up iTunes | Using the camera and sharing your photos with friends and family | How to synchronise your Kindle | Privacy settings and using the iPad securely | Using the app store, searching for and installing apps

Course requirements: To have set up your Apple ID and completed a pre course questionnaire.

Resources required: Your iPad (iPad 2 or later) and power cable, iOS7
