Digital Photography - Portraits

Do you own decent digital camera but not sure how to use it to its fullest potential (both DSLR & point and shoot will be good enough)? Have you mostly used auto mode only? Are you frustrated with how your photos turn out and want more consistent results and photos you will be proud to fill your home with? If the answer to some or all of these questions is yes then this is the course for you!

Learn how to take better photographs of your children, family and friends. This course is designed to help make you sure you can confidently and artfully capture all their special moments.

The course will involve hands on practice with your camera and you will learn:

• Composition - changing the perspective of your photos
• Lighting - seeing light and colour like your camera can
• Creative camera controls - get the most out of manual and auto modes

Course requirements: You will need to bring your Compact or Digital DSLR Camera, manual, cables for transferring images to the computer, a memory stick and if possible a tripod, although this is not essential.
