Cookery Masterclass - International

Cookery master classes are a great way to develop your skills and learn new techniques.

Each 4 week long master class is tailored to suit the need and skills of those attending can accommodate and dietary requirements.

These courses are hands on and are a fun way of broadening you experience and knowledge of food.

The international food course will teach you about trying some different styles of cooking from around the globe, using a range of ingredients to prepare traditional dishes.

Catherine Maxwell has a range of experience of working in kitchens including time spent working with Michel Roux Jr. Using these skills, more recently, to infuse a passion for cookery within the community.

All ingredients will be provided.
