Beginners Floristry

This 6 week course is suitable for complete beginners. You will develop basic practical skills to design and produce beautiful floral arrangements.

You will produce arrangements using fresh plant material and a range of mechanics such as containers and floral tapes.. You will learn how to identify plants by their botanical names and visual characteristics such as line, shape, texture, colour and more.

You will be able to produce basic, traditional, free standing floral arrangements and some wiring techniques too.

Secateurs are required and an Apron and Gloves, if desired.

Every Tuesday for 6 weeks from January 26th (not including February 16th), tickets include all sundries and flowers which will be supplied by the tutor.
