18 Stance Tai Chi Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a slow gentle form of exercise that stretches your whole body, removes tension, improves your immune system, calms your mind, helps lower blood pressure and enhances your outlook on life.
It is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and no previous experience is necessary.
This course will cover the 18 Stance Tai Chi Qi Gong β a series of 18 flowing movements that can be performed as a sequence or as stand alone exercises.
Emma Comfort trained with Chris Jarmey at the European Shiatsu School and then with Sonia Moriceau in Herefordshire over a 7 year period. She has taught many of her own classes as well as being a regular tutor at Marlborough Summer School.
