Written in 1976 by arguably the most popular British playwright of the 20th Century, Confusions is a set of five short comedies (of which we are performing four) dealing with human foibles, eccentricities, loneliness, misunderstandings, and how, in certain circumstances, if it can go wrong, it will.

Loosely linked, with some characters popping up more than once, these comedies range from pure farce to humour of a slightly darker hue. They make for a thought provoking evening, as well as providing a lot of laughs for the audience and a challenge for the cast - most of whom will appear more than once in different roles.
