All I Want Is One Night

In the heady atmosphere of 1930s Paris, cabaret sensation and sex symbol Suzy Solidor thrilled audiences nightly with her performances of erotic lesbian songs. Named the most painted woman in the world, she sang, surrounded by her 225 portraits, including an iconic image by Tamara de Lempicka. This intimate show transports the audience back to a night in her club at the height of her career. During an increasingly whiskey-fuelled evening, as Suzy regales the audience with her most famous songs, past and present begin to collide.

She encounters previous lovers, artists, her absent father, and finally, as the last song plays out, her own demise. Singer, writer and actor Jessica Walker plays Suzy in a limited run of just 5 performances.
