PI: How Do We Know Our Food Is Safe To Eat?
Food and drink are essential for survival, but how do we know what’s safe? The food we eat in the UK comes from all over the world and the choice is becoming more and more varied. Take part in experiments to find out how food safety testing works with scientists from Waters, a company based in Wilmslow, which manufactures analytical instruments used everywhere from hospitals to oil rigs.
