Get Creative Family Arts Festival: The Possible Impossible House

In the overflowing library of The Possible Impossible House, a girl doodled on a blank page of an algebra book waits to lead you on a nighttime adventure. Searching labyrinthine corridors, a deserted ballroom and a cupboard under the stairs, you meet a motley crew of characters from a flock of rowdy comical birds, to a talking mouse, a not-so-very-frightening-ghost and a troop of dancing soldiers…

Combining homemade visual magic and live sound effects,The Possible Impossible Houseis the first work by Forced Entertainment created for young people. For this project, they collaborate with acclaimed visual artist Vlatka Horvat whose hand made collages help summon the house and the figures waiting inside.

“I’m certain plenty of children who are lucky enough to enter The Possible Impossible House will have some exciting, surreal stories of their own having been immersed in the Forced Entertainment world” -Total Theatre

Part of the Get Creative Family Arts Festival, a national festival of arts events designed especially for families.
