Pharrell’s explosive rise to megastardom began as one half of production duo The Neptunes alongside Chad Hugo. The pair were responsible for hits including Nelly’s ‘Hot in Herre’, Jay-Z’s ‘Frontin’ and Snoop Dogg’s ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’, as well as working with Kelis, Britney Spears, Beyonce and Gwen Stefani. In 2004, Pharrell won two Grammys for Producer of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album, for his work on Justin Timberlake’s album ‘Justified’.
Pharrell was instrumental in three of 2013’s biggest hits - his own song, ‘Happy’, ‘Get Lucky’ with Daft Punk and Robin Thicke’s ‘Blurred Lines’. Pharrell’s third entry on the prestigious list was the super smash hit ‘Happy’, which he penned for the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack. Pharrell also scooped four Grammys in 2014 – two for his appearance on ‘Get Lucky’, one for Album of the Year for ‘Random Access Memories’ with Daft Punk, and one as Producer of the Year.

The release of her debut album 'ORA' rounded off her incredible run also claiming the No.1 spot. 2015 saw her become mentor and judge as she took to the famous spinning chairs on BBC's The Voice.

Essex-born songwriter Jessie J has penned tunes for the likes of Alicia Keyes, toured with Chris Brown and notably wrote Miley Cyrus's Number One billboard smash 'Party In The USA!' Jessie kicked off her solo career with “Price Tag”, the anti-materialistic anthem of its year, and an album that sold in its millions going platinum several times over. But that was just the beginning of a journey that would see Jessie become the first British woman in history to take six top ten singles from one album and never mind that it was her first outing.
While her multi-octave voice and self-made attitude has earned Jessie J the respect of music's glitterati; from Kylie to Justin Timberlake commenting 'Who is the best singer? Jessie J!', to Cyndi Lauper pulling her on stage at Shepherds Bush to sing her legendary anthem 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' alongside her.

As her debut album, Lights, made so thrillingly clear, Ellie Goulding uses her voice as a texture in much the same way that a skilled instrumentalist would. It is a sound – in Ellie's case, an utterly distinctive and unforgettable one – that can play as important a role in her songs as any other musical detail.
The BRIT-winning singer/songwriter released Lights in 2010 and followed it up with Halcyon in 2012. Both albums peaked at number one in the UK album chart and went double-platinum. Halcyon was re-released with ten additional tracks as Halcyon Days in 2013. These included How Long Will I Love You?, which became the BBC Children in Need single, and her first number one single, Burn, which has since racked up nearly 160 million views on YouTube.
