Dolls' House Study Day
Explore the interplay between dolls' house interiors and decorative design at this special study day. Talks from expert speakers will include:
Patricia Ferguson, Ceramics Advisor to the National Trust, will bring to life the splendour of 18th century Baby Houses, and reveal the stories of the people who decorated them.
Emma Mawston, Head of Design at Liberty Interiors, will share her love of dolls’ houses, and tell how they inspired Liberty’s new interiors collection.
There will also be a chance to enjoy a tour of the Small Stories exhibition, hear from curator Alice Sage and gain exclusive access to the Museum's dolls' house collections.
