Comedy At The Wheatsheaf
Please note: Info provided by the Event Organiser
Tooting's favourite comedy club is back with a glorious line up on October 17th!
Headlining: Steve Best
Balloon swallowing, DIY dentistry, virtuoso guitar playing… oh and jokes, lots and lots of jokes. Steve Best packs more into a 20 minute set than most comedians achieve in their whole career.
The Sunday Times called him “a cross between Steve Martin, Lee Evans and Fozzie Bear.”
Steve has toured with the likes of Frank Skinner, Omid Djalili and Craig Charles (from Red Dwarf). He’s appeared on the Stand Up Show (BBC1), Weapons of Mass Distraction (ITV) and Life As We Know It (Channel 4).
And he’s performed in comedy clubs and theatres all over the world including South Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bosnia, Holland, Denmark, the Falkland Islands and Southend-on-Sea.
