Coal Mob

Coal Mob is a five-piece post-punk outfit slowly becoming a prominent act within the Leeds music scene. For over a year, they have been cleverly combining post-punk principles with unique genre mixing and a heavier edge, inspired by the likes of Shame and New Order. Intense guitar and bass riffs are backed by powerful drum work and synth melodies.

Room Service

Room Service is Brighton's hottest new six piece band, a musical mixing pot consisting of three French people and equal parts Texan, Brit and Portuguese. Bouncing along funk rhythms, riffing over Disco dance floors, twisting Rap beats and journeying through soundscapes of Psychedelia, Room Service are ultimate genre-benders. Demanding the unexpected becomes the expected, keeping the listener on their toes and making sure those toes keep tapping. Influenced by the rich sound tapestries of Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Funkadelic, Arctic Monkeys, and Jimi Hendrix - their spectrum of sonics blends wackiness with trippy, full-bodied melodies. A sound rooted in warming undercurrents of familiarity and colourful Brit-Pop-esque lyrics, Room Service weave stories that speak to our generation through a lens that's less than conventional.
