Never miss another 'Pattie Brewster' show
Edinburgh Previews: Pattie Brewster, Edward Aczel
Just A Normal Girl Doing A Cool Show by Amy Hoggart (as Pattie Brewster)
Pattie Brewster is just your average non-creepy dream-girl. The author of several ok books (including Why Do I Have To Be Me All The Time? and Who’s That Rashy Girl in the Corner?) will be discussing her latest self-help guide to life. Expect readings, pictures of cats dreaming and some other stuff. No mean people or bullies please.
Edward Aczel: Lives In A Meaningless Shed
Award-winning anti-comic Edward Aczel is quitting showbiz (by mutual consent). As he plots for a quiet life outside the limelight, Aczel returns with a show about giving up and doing something else, about finding meaning in an otherwise meaningless universe, or whatever.

'A desperate attempt to make human contact' (http://www.chortle.co.uk).
Pattie Brewster tour dates
Edward Aczel began performing stand-up comedy in 2005 at the age of 38. By the end of that year he was the runner-up in both the prestigious BBC New Comedy Awards and in Jimmy Carr's Comedy Idol (which was filmed for the extras on Jimmy Carr's 2005 live DVD).
He is now a regular headliner on the comedy circuit and by 2014 had performed six solo shows at the Edinburgh Festival.
'One of the strangest, and finest, hours of live comedy I'd ever seen' (Zadie Smith, The New Yorker)
'Perhaps Britain's greatest living anti-comedian' (The Guardian)
'Genius anti-comic Aczel is a superb pleasure to watch, and very much a cult in the making' (Time Out).
