Pianist Leon Greening's hard swinging style has made him a favourite on the jazz scene for over a decade, and makes no apologies for his adoration of the great bebop pianists, with Wynton Kelly, Bobby Timmons and Bud Powell among his primary influences.

Bassist Adam King is new to the scene but has already made his mark, playing with Julian Joseph live on BBC Radio 3, Pete King, the late Stan Tracey and Gilad Atzmon, among others. Drummer Steve Brown will need no introduction, being in Scott Hamilton's Quartet, and regularly seen alongside Alan Barnes, Dave Newton and Barry Harris.

Together they'll be playing arrangements from their latest CD, Cookin' in Brooklyn.

Leon Greening, piano;
Adam King, double bass;
Steve Brown, drums.
