Something Rich And Strange - Choral Settings Of Shakespeare

To mark the 400th anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare, Londinium presents an entrancing programme of choral music inspired by his work.

Alongside such masterpieces as Frank Martin's Songs of Ariel and Ralph Vaughan Williams' Three Shakespeare Songs, include some of the earliest surviving Shakespeare settings by Thomas Morley and Robert Johnson, and a superb selection of recent works by Judith Weir, Michael Berkeley, Huw Watkins and Jaakko Mäntyjärvi.
