Stravinsky In Depth
An in-depth session exploring the music of Stravinsky.
This talk will focus on Stravinsky's obsession with ritual and myth, looking at some of the works featured in the Philharmonia Orchestra's series Myths and Rituals.
Professor Jonathan Cross is joined by Jane Pritchard (Curator of Dance at V&A) and musicians from the Royal College of Music, focusing on works including Les Noces (26 May), Apollo (25 Sep) and Oedipus Rex (29 Sep).
