An Evening With
British icon Marc Almond takes to the Royal Festival Hall stage for a one-off birthday concert.
Marc has possessed one of the most compelling voices in popular music for the last 35 years, and tonight he celebrates his love of the 20th-century torch songs he grew up listening to and has been inspired by. Accompanied by The Leeds College of Music Orchestra and Choir, Marc takes the audience on a journey through these nostalgic and atmospheric songs of lost and unrequited loves.
Marc also performs a selection of his own songs, specially arranged for this event, and some of his storied career’s greatest hits.
