Family Gamelan Taster

Discover Indonesian music with your family as you play our gamelan – a Javanese percussion orchestra.

Regarded as one instrument played by lots of people, the gamelan generates rich, sonorous and mesmerising sounds. Playing the gamelan is a rewarding musical and social experience, inspiring self-confidence, improving coordination, sharpening listening skills and encouraging interaction and team-building.

No previous musical experience is necessary, just a willingness to sit on the floor, take off your shoes and have fun.

For ages 6+ (children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a participating adult)
