John Altman, Goldie MBE

John’s special guest tonight is the legendary Goldie, Clifford Price MBE. John and he go back to the mid 90s when John arranged and conducted the orchestra for his groundbreaking album, 'Saturnz Returns'. Goldie first came to prominence as an artist and then pioneered the drum and bass genre in the early 90s. He became a respected actor in The World Is Not Enough, Snatch and East Enders, and came second in the conducting competition Maestro. Lately he has been appearing in orchestral performances of his chart topping album Timeless. He has a new and critically acclaimed album out (The Journey Man) after many years of other ventures and still hosts exhibitions of his paintings worldwide.
