Nashville Meets London and Jeff Cohen are delighted to welcome internationally acclaimed songwriter from Nashville Jeff Trott and UK country superstars – Ward Thomas to PizzaExpress Live Holborn as part of our successful Writers Round evenings.

A prolific songwriter, Jeff Cohen's songs have featured on shows such as 'Dawson's Creek', 'Party of Five', 'Ed', 'Roswell', 'Reba', 'Smallville', 'Who Wants To Marry My Dad', 'Once and Again' and others. His song 'One and Only', performed by Teitur, was featured 3 times in the summer hit movie 'My Super Ex-girlfriend'.

Ward Thomas

Hampshire and Country music may not be obvious bed fellows but twin sisters Catherine and Lizzy Ward Thomas (who have been singing harmonies together since childhood) have had Country music in their blood ever since they were introduced to the sounds of Carrie Underwood, Dixie Chicks and Alison Krauss by a Canadian cousin in their early teens. With one listen to their vocal cadences and close harmonies, soon Nashville and Hampshire suddenly don’t seem all that far apart.
