Following her recent award-winning successes on Company and Angels in America, Marianne Elliott co-directs Death of a Salesman with Miranda Cromwell, who worked as Associate Director on both shows. Together, they bring a unique vision to one of the greatest plays of the twentieth century, seen through the eyes of an African-American family.
Wendell Pierce (The Wire, Suits, Selma) makes his West End stage debut as Willy Loman, with Olivier Award-winning Sharon D. Clarke as Linda Loman.

Sharon D Clarke is well known for playing Lola Griffin in the BBC medical drama Holby City. She left the programme in 2008 to concentrate on her theatre work. She is also noted for her West End theatre work with West End credits including Guys and Dolls Joanne Jefferson in Rent, Miss Sherman in Fame, Rafiki in The Lion King, Matron Mama Morton in Chicago, she originated the role of Killer Queen in the Ben Elton/Queen jukebox musical We Will Rock You and played Motormouth Maybelle in Hairspray.
