2001 was the birth of M.A.N.D.Y. - soon after, Patrick and Philipp along with Thomas Koch (aka DJ T), launched the GET PHYSICAL MUSIC label, as DJs, producers and friends. After only nine stunning releases - some from M.A.N.D.Y. alone, others co produced with 'Chelonis R. Jones' and 'The Sunsetpeople'; it resulted in a flux of exceptional feedback from around the globe. This would include compilations, remixes, press and live performances. M.A.N.D.Y. - the duo continues to excel, with their residency now taking place in Frankfurt's Club MONZA, with DJ guests such as Ricardo Villalobos, Steve Bug, Tobi Neumann and others.

As a youth in Wales, Tom Demac caught the electronic bug. He studied Music Tech at Salford University, collected vinyl, promoted parties, ran his own label Electronique Audio, got a real job, quit, and then got hard to work at making great electronic music. With releases on labels Hypercolour and its more boutique offshoot, Glass Table, tracks such as ‘Critical Distance Pt 2’ demonstrate his knack for kinked grooves, slaying bass-lines and rich analogue textures. Part house, part techno, they exhibit serious sound design, almost anthemic in nature but being wholly underground at the same time.

In an era when it seems every DJ shows up to gigs carrying something smaller than a kid’s lunchbox, Doorly is the exception to this rule. Using a set up that would make even Zabiela blush, when he says he’s DJing live, he means it. Everything that you hear in his set is being created in the mix, then and there. Doorly’s movement behind the decks is relentless and he switches between musical genres with ease with an unfaltering energy.
He works riffs, loops, beats and bass together with seamless precision to create a musical mash up only attainable with true skill and passion. Playing a mix of techno, electro, Drum n Bass & dubstep mixed in with ample doses of indie and hip hop. Expect the unexpected as it’s all about the party with Doorly. His style may best be classified as an old school block party DJ using new school technology.
His first big break came when he was made a resident for London super club, Ministry of Sound, for their hugely successful Milkshake night, where he spend 3 years honing his mash up style. His constant touring all over the world and ability to put together amazing parties, have seen him play alongside some of the biggest names in the business, including Fatboy Slim, Groove Armada, Armand van Helden, and Soulwax to name but a few! Internationally, Doorly has a very busy calendar, completing dates in Poland, Germany, Egypt, Australia, Austria, Ibiza, Ukraine and Slovakia, over the past year.
