Unfortunately in the build up to the Edinburgh fringe big agents will book up the golddust club previews with their big name tv acts - every show needs stage time to get their show ready for the beast that is Edinburgh.

So comedian Sajeela Kershi decided to take matters into her own hands and create her own work - she has for many years now offered the chance for anyone to host previews in the venue of their choice, the more unusual the better. Over the course of her career she has performed on a man made beach, garden parties, private homes, various offices, book shop, library, barn, OAP home, on the street and even on a punt on the river (even though she is petrified of water) - the deal is she will come do her Ed preview, bring a support act and all you need to do is to supply an audience of 10+ people a venue of your choice and at the end of the show a collection which will go to the charity of the hosts choosing.

It must be a charity, no one benefits financially other than the charity. Two years ago the doyenne of Edinburgh reviewers Kate Copstick offered her shop 'Mama Biashara' as a potential venue - Sajeela immediately grabbed the opportunity to perform her show whilst raising funds for Kates charity, audience also get a chance to buy hand made artefacts sold in the shop.

This year multi-award winning Sajeela is doing it all over again.
