Stuart Blagden, Quartet Nuage Nuef

Stuart Blagden is one of Le Q's ‘Allstars’ of world-wide Gypsy swing prominence; Stu has been playing for us since our birth and he's become one of the UK's leading guitarists and Django-philes, respected and admired by players all over the world.

Specializing in so other genres too, tonight he brings together his Gypsy swing ensemble 'Trio Nuage Neuf', made up of players with immense talent.

The trio will often include, Kian 'La Pompe' Banisoleiman on rhythm guitar, Martin 'de bassio' Whittaker (all the way from Sorrento, Italy, via Earlsfield!) on double bass, with Stu taking the lead on solo guitar. The trio frequently has surprise guests too, such as Lee 'Django-jock' Clarke, and David 'The Doc' Hackbridge-Johnson.

It's always a great night with these swinging it Hot Club style...!

Tonight however, the Trio become a Quartet for a special Christmas party! Come and celebrate in style with the Quartet and their families and friends!
